I am always experimenting with recipes and food, creating fabs and flops!
So whenever I use a recipe from somewhere other then out of my head, and I blog about it, I will always do my best to acknowledge the original creators.
Chicken, Leek and Mushroom Casserole
*Note: Instead of White wine I used the same amount of Maggie Beer's Verjuice and it enhanced the flavors beautifully!! I also halved the cooking time by making this is a pressure cooker however I followed all other instructions.
